This almost always happens when you register with a different email than the one on file with PCMA. Sign in and register using the email tied to your PCMA account. If the correct rate still doesn’t appear, contact [email protected] and we’ll correct your record so you can register at the right rate.

Use the email address associated with your PCMA membership. Registering or booking your hotel under a personal or alternate address is the most common cause of incorrect rates and missing confirmations.

Let us know as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can walk you through your options, including transferring your registration to a colleague. Please review the cancellation policy provided at the time of registration for any applicable deadlines.

PCMA membership is required to access member pricing. Non-members may register at the New Member + Event rate, which bundles a PCMA membership with your BES registration.

Yes. BES 2026 is held at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, June 21–24, 2026.

Hotel block booking information will be provided in your registration confirmation and on the Hotels & Travel page once available.

San Juan (SJU) is the primary airport. Ground transportation options to Fajardo will be available.

Participants will need to reach out to El Cons Reservation team at [email protected] to extend their stay. El Con will honor the group rate of $230 (not inclusive to taxes or fees) until checking out on the 25th, after that, it will be at the hotels rate based on availability.

Shuttle service is available from San Juan (SJU) to El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo. You can schedule a pickup reservation in advance — contact [email protected] for details.

Sessions at BES are 75–90 minutes — intentionally longer than a standard conference breakout to allow for deep work and practical application.

Learning Laboratories are facilitator-led workshops with hands-on tools and practice. Idea Exchanges are peer-driven facilitated discussions where the expertise in the room is the content.

BES sessions are not recorded. The experience is designed for in-person engagement and peer interaction — the value is in the room.

BES speakers are selected through a competitive call for proposals reviewed by the PCMA Event Education Committee.

Approximately 800 participants. The event is intentionally sized to maintain community feel and meaningful peer interaction.

Yes. A guest pass is $249 and provides access to the opening and networking receptions only – it does not include education sessions or other event programming.

BES is designed for experienced, senior-level business events professionals. Content is advanced, application-focused, and assumes significant professional experience.
